  • Mechanically welded tanks for engines.<\/li>\n
  • Cooling ramps.<\/li>\n
  • Degassing tubes.<\/li>\n
  • A turbojet combustion chamber.<\/li>\n
  • Nozzles for engine turbos.<\/li>\n
  • Complex structural subsets.<\/li>\n
  • Business aircraft landing gear doors.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    • Cutting of parts: laser cutting (2D and 3D), punching, water jet.<\/li>\n
    • Shaping of specific inconel materials, titanium: folding, stamping, hydroforming, SPF in partnership.<\/li>\n
    • Cleaning \/ stripping all types of materials: detergent or chemical before welding.<\/li>\n
    • Assembly: TIG, MIG, plasma welding, including robotic installations, spot welding, laser welding.<\/li>\n
    • The associated non-destructive tests: radiography and penetrant inspection.<\/li>\n
    • Specific heat treatment for aluminium alloys.<\/li>\n
    • Machining of flexible mechanically welded parts.<\/li>\n
    • Mounting using riveted joints.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
